What is your pricing like?

My rates start at $25 per hour USD. However, for more information on pricing, please fill out the interest form and I will get back to you within 24 hrs.

What are your office hours?

I’m available from 9am to 7pm Mon-Fri Jamaica Time.

Email Response Time ?

Within 24 hours during week days (Mon-Fri) and 48 hours on the weekend (Sat & Sun) unless it is an emergency (for clients already working with me) you can call me or send me a message through the client portal and I will try to get back asap.

Do I have to sign a contract to work with you?

Yes, however if you decide to work with me for a one-off project or just for a few hours here and there it would be just for the specified hours we’ve agreed to. If you are on a monthly retainer then you would have a contractual obligation of either 3,6 or 12 months.

Do I get a time sheet or a way to track the hours worked?

Absolutely! Transparency is very important to me and you should get to see how the hours you are paying for are being spent.

If I think we are a good fit I will send my calendar for you to schedule a time for a discovery call . If I don’t think we are a good fit I will send you an email explaining why and provide you with an alternative if possible

Once the contract is signed and 50% of the invoice is paid then an onboarding session is scheduled and a welcome kit is sent

After a successful onboarding session the work begins!

Congrats you are now a client!

If you accept the proposal then I will send you a contract and an invoice

After the discovery call I will send you a proposal
