What is your pricing like?
My rates start at $20 USD/hr. However, for more information on pricing, please fill out the interest form and I will get back to you within 24 hrs.
What are your office hours?
I’m available from 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri Jamaica Time.
Email Response Time ?
Within 24 hours during week days (Mon-Fri) and 48 hours on the weekend (Sat & Sun) unless it is an emergency (for clients already working with me) you can call me or send me a message through the client portal and I will try to get back asap.
Do I have to sign a contract to work with you?
Yes, however if you decide to work with me for a one-off project or just for a few hours here and there it would be just for the specified hours we’ve agreed to. If you are on a monthly retainer then you would have a contractual obligation of either 3,6 or 12 months.
Do I get a time sheet or a way to track the hours worked?
Absolutely! Transparency is very important to me and you should get to see how the hours you are paying for are being spent.
How will you keep my information safe and secure?
Great question! I understand the importance of online safety and as such I currently keep client information safe through a password manager - I never get to see or know what your password is. I also use a private, paid VPN to add to the security of your data.
How will we collaborate?
Collaboration is currently done through email, Slack, and Notion via the client dashboard. If these communication channels aren’t a good fit for you, I’m open to discussing other options that are better suited to your needs.
The Onboarding Process

You fill out my interest form
If I think we are a good fit I will send an email with a link to my calendar within 24 hours for you to schedule a time for a discovery call .
Once the contract is signed and 50% of the invoice is paid then an onboarding session is scheduled and a welcome kit is sent
After a successful onboarding session the work begins!

If you accept the proposal then I will send you a contract and an invoice
